Todd Weicholz, Esq.

Todd Weicholz, Esq. is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer who brings extensive litigation experience to Laing & Weicholz.  Todd’s legal career began as a prosecutor with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted a variety of criminal cases from misdemeanors to homicides.  During his tenure with the State Attorney’s Office, Todd was Chief of the Domestic Violence Unit.  From there, Todd joined the Florida Attorney General’s Office where he served as the West Palm Beach Bureau Chief, investigating and prosecuting complex criminal cases including Organized Fraud, Racketeering, Drug Trafficking, Gangs, and Burglary Rings.  He has an extensive background in law enforcement and the military, including service with the Florida Highway Patrol and the United States Marine Corps.  Todd is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
